Noida-Greater Noida Expressway

The proposed 29-km four-lane route could become an important alternative corridor for people travelling between Noida and Greater Noida. By adding road capacity and spreading traffic across different routes, the project is expected to reduce pressure on existing roads and improve access to several developing residential and commercial areas.

For homebuyers, better connectivity can mean more than shorter commutes. The Noida-Greater Noida Expressway already links key residential and employment hubs, while the proposed route could further strengthen access to emerging locations such as Sector 150.

What Will the New 29-Km Route Change?

The proposed route is planned along the Yamuna and Harnandi riverbed areas. Estimated at around ₹500 crore, it will include an upgraded 12-km stretch along the Yamuna embankment and a new 17-km section around the Harnandi area. The route is also planned to connect towards Sector 150 through the Kondli-Bangar side.

Having another traffic corridor could help distribute vehicles more efficiently instead of placing most of the traffic burden on the existing expressway. For people living or working around Noida, Greater Noida and Sector 150, this could eventually make everyday travel more convenient.

Why Sector 150 Is Getting Attention

Sector 150 has emerged as a premium residential micro-market, supported by its open spaces, sports infrastructure and location along the wider Noida-Greater Noida growth corridor.

The market is also seeing healthy price movement. The average multi-storey apartment rate in Sector 150 is around ₹12,961 per sq ft, while 3 BHK prices have recorded an 11% year-on-year increase and 4 BHK prices have risen 16% year-on-year.

At the broader NCR level, Noida accounted for 36% of Delhi NCR residential sales in Q2 2026 and recorded 7.1% year-on-year growth in average residential capital values.

What It Could Mean for Homebuyers

Improved connectivity could make residential projects in Sector 150 more attractive to both end-users and investors. Families generally look at commuting convenience, neighbourhood development, lifestyle amenities and future infrastructure when choosing a long-term home.

That makes larger homes particularly relevant. Buyers looking for 3 and 4 BHK residences are increasingly considering space for families, work-from-home needs, guests and future lifestyle requirements.

ACE Arte and the Growing Preference for Larger Homes

ACE Arte in Sector 150, Noida, offers 3 and 4 BHK flats along with amenities focused on recreation, wellness, sports and outdoor living. These include a massive swimming pool, pet zone, yoga and meditation lawn, sculpture court, hibiscus garden, basketball court and cricket pitch.

Its location within Sector 150 puts it in a micro-market benefiting from existing connectivity and planned infrastructure. The proposed 29-km route could further improve access, although buyers should evaluate current connectivity separately from future infrastructure plans.

What Buyers Should Check

Before investing, buyers should consider RERA registration, project specifications, construction progress, developer credentials, pricing and the actual timeline of surrounding infrastructure. Proposed projects can take time, so investment decisions should not depend solely on expected future connectivity.

Overall, the 29-km route could strengthen the Noida-Greater Noida transport network and support the long-term appeal of well-connected residential communities. For Sector 150, the combination of improving infrastructure, premium housing and growing demand could make the location worth watching.
